30+ Years Your Neighbor.
The Right Choice for Jonesboro.
Vote Vince Pearcy for Jonesboro City Council — Ward 5

For more than 30 years, Ward 5 has been my home. I am a lifelong Jonesboro resident. It’s where I’ve built my business, made lifelong friends, and invested in the community I’m proud to call home. Now, I’m asking for your vote to serve Ward 5 on the Jonesboro City Council.
I’ll bring more than three decades of experience as a Ward 5 resident and years of experience in public service to the City Council. Most importantly, I’ll bring the same commitment to integrity, accountability, and responsible service that has guided me throughout my career.

I’m a small-business owner, and lifelong Jonesboro resident, and have called Ward 5 home for more than 30 years. I understand the pride we have in our neighborhoods and the importance of protecting the quality of life that makes Jonesboro a great place to live.
I previously served two terms on the Craighead County Quorum Court, including four years on the Finance Committee. That experience gave me a firsthand understanding of the responsibility that comes with managing taxpayer dollars, setting priorities, and making decisions that affect our community.
Public service also taught me something just as important: government works best when you listen to the people you represent.
Throughout my years of service, I have worked with citizens on issues large and small. I’ve always believed that people should come before politics and that elected officials should be accessible, accountable, and willing to listen. As your Ward 5 City Council member, I will bring that same approach to City Hall. Integrity matters. And Ward 5 deserves a voice from a neighbor it can trust.
Serving on the Quorum Court gave me valuable experience in local government, budgeting, public policy, and constituent service.
As a City Council member, I’ll use that experience to focus on the issues that directly affect the people of Ward 5 — responsible city spending, safe neighborhoods, strong infrastructure, and responsive local government.
I’m not running to add more politics to City Hall. I’m running to bring practical experience, an independent voice, and a commitment to getting things done.
Ward 5 deserves a council member who will listen, ask questions, and put the interests of our residents first.

Safe neighborhoods are the foundation of a strong community. My years in public service have reinforced the importance of listening to residents and addressing the issues that affect their daily lives. As your City Council member, I will make public safety a top priority.
I will work with city leaders, law enforcement, first responders, and residents to support effective public-safety efforts and protect the quality of life in our neighborhoods.
Our families deserve to feel safe in their homes, on their streets, and throughout our community.
Safe neighborhoods. Stronger community.
During my four years on the Quorum Court, our county's finances improved each year. That experience taught me the importance of responsible budgeting, careful oversight, and planning for the future.
As your City Council member, I will bring that same commitment to fiscal responsibility to city government. Taxpayer dollars should be treated with respect. I will carefully consider how city funds are spent. support responsible budgeting, and ask the questions necessary to ensure our community's resources are being used wisely.
Experience with county finances. A commitment to responsible city government.
During my years in public service, I have learned that good government starts with listening. Residents deserve to know how their tax dollars are being spent, why important decisions are being made, and how those decisions affect their neighborhoods.
As your Ward 5 City Council member, I will work to keep residents informed and make it easier for citizens to participate in the issues that matter to them. Whether the discussion involves the city budget, infrastructure, public safety, development, or neighborhood concerns, I believe residents deserve a voice in the decisions that shape their community.
Open government. Informed citizens. A stronger Ward 5.

Jonesboro is divided into six City Council wards, and Ward 5 is home to residents with diverse neighborhoods, families, businesses, and community needs.
